Cancellation
You may cancel an engagement by writing to contact@alphazetservices.com. Cancellation takes effect from the date we receive your written request.
Refunds
Professional fees are refundable only for work not yet started, as set out in your proposal. Fees for work already done, in progress or submitted to an authority are not refundable.
Government and third-party fees
Fees paid to government departments, regulators, stamp authorities or other third parties are not refundable by us once paid, and any refund is subject to that body’s rules.
Authority decisions
If an application is rejected or delayed by an authority, our fee for the work performed remains payable. We will help you correct and resubmit as agreed in the proposal.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within the period stated in your proposal.
