  • Businesses that need a valuation for a bank or internal purpose

What we need from you

  • Last two to three years of financial statements
  • Current-year management accounts
  • Projections or business plan
  • Shareholding and cap table
  • Purpose and valuation date

What you receive

  • Valuation report with method, assumptions and workings
  • Excel model behind the report
  • A walkthrough call on the findings

Timeline and dependencies

Commonly one to three weeks after complete information. Data quality and business size affect this.

Where a law requires a valuation by a registered valuer, merchant banker or chartered accountant, we will tell you at the start. Our reports are advisory unless signed by a person authorised under that law.

Pricing and charges

Request a quote. The fee depends on purpose and complexity. Any fee of a statutory valuer or other authorised professional is separate.

Your scope, professional fees, taxes and any third-party charges are confirmed in writing before work begins.

Frequently asked questions

Which methods do you use?

Usually discounted cash flow, comparable companies or transactions, and net asset value. We choose by purpose and data available.

Can the report be used for regulatory filings?

Only if it is signed by a person authorised for that purpose. We confirm this before we start.
